With your favorite pie crust recipe, roll out your dough and with a drinking glass cut out and place in a cupcake pan. With a fork prick the dough. Bake in the oven at 400 degrees F. for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown. Cool
In the meantime make your lemon pie filling. I use Sheriff's because it taste the best!
With a tablespoon fill your little tarts.
Eat the left over while it's still warm!! Yum
Follow the directions on the lemon pie filling box for meringue and scoop a dollop of it on top of the lemon pie filling.
bake in oven at 400 degrees for a few minutes...watch it, it burns easily!!
