I'm glad to see that my friends from Canada and United States are back!!! Welcome back and thanks for supporting my blog. I also see people from France, Russia, United Kingdom, Romania, Germany, Italy, Moldova and Philippines. I'm always thrilled to see people people from all over the world coming to my blog. It just amazes me how countries being so far apart can be so easily in touch. The internet does have it's good points!

The nation is a parliamentary republic with a president as head of state and a prime minister as head of government. Moldova is a member state of the United Nations, Council of Europe, WTO, OSCE, GUAM, CIS, BSEC and other international organizations. Moldova currently aspires to join the European Union,[8] and has implemented the first three-year Action Plan within the framework of the European Neighbourhood Policy (ENP).[9]
